Project Life GIVEAWAY!

Hey, y'all!  I haven't done a giveaway in forever.  I'm trying to de-clutter a bit heading into the new year, so now's the time.

Hey, everyone! So I am moving pretty soon, which means I am doing lots and lots of cleaning....including organizing my scrappy space a bit. Therefore, I have lots of scrap goodies to give away. I love the stuff; I just can't take it all with me. To win all you need to do is leave a comment telling me what your favorite scrappy blog is at the moment. Memorial Day and a GIVEAWAY!

Good morning, all!If you live in the United States, then you probably have a nice day off from work. I always take a moment to think on this day. I think about all the men and women who have sacrificed their lives to protect our country. I am so thankful for these people. I know that their job is not easy and I can only imagine what it must be like to be deployed away from your family and friends, fighting in a foreign country. I've been on the other side of the deployment and consider myself extremely lucky that I've never lost someone close.

Photo credit here.On a lighter note, I got the cleaning bug yesterday. It was kind of nice going through a lot of my stuff. I have a lot of "older" scrapping supplies that I adore, but that I never used (I've mentioned I'm a hoarder of good supplies), so my goal is to use more of those supplies. That being said, I also have tons of stuff I want to get rid of. So, if you're interested, please leave a comment on this post telling me what your favorite "old" supply is. Hey, all..I just wanted to let you know about a great giveaway opportunity. It's on Sarah de Guzman's blog. Hey, all! So, today an idea popped into my head and I decided that I would do a random drawing of my followers and send one of them an embellie grab bag. I think it's so great that total strangers can provide people so much support for all the things they do. I love that people take the time to take an interest in other people's work. All those comments, love and support can really help someone to become even more creative.

I love spending time with family, and shopping for family and friends, and decorating, and going to church to recognize the reason behind season...and of course, I love the time after Christmas, too, because then I get to scrap all my fun new memories!!

Challenge Time!!

Hey, all! It's time for my first challenge and I'm pretty excited about it. First, here's what's up for grabs:

I absolutely love all these products. I was involved in a swap on Scrapbook.com and my pal, Jackie, gave me a package of those awesome Petaloo flowers. I haven't had a chance to use them yet, but I have them ready and sitting on my desk to use in my next layout.
